At a Glance

Kushtia Zero Point on 23 October 2003 at the initiative of the Bureau of Manpower,
Employment and Training under the Ministry of Expatriate Welfare and Overseas
Employment on 1.6 acres of land in Kushtia city to turn the population of the region
into human resources to move Bangladesh forward in the current competitive world
economy. The Kushtia Technical Training Center was established at a placecalled
Chourhas in the distance. At present, various skill development training activities
are underway in 6 trades.
